The Corvette has standard Automatic Emergency Braking, which use forward mounted sensors to warn the driver of a possible collision ahead. If the driver doesn’t react and the system determines a collision is imminent, it automatically applies the brakes at full-force in order to reduce the force of the crash or avoid it altogether. The SF90 doesn't offer collision warning or crash mitigation brakes.

The Corvette’s lane departure warning system alerts a temporarily inattentive driver when the vehicle begins to leave its lane and gently nudges the vehicle back towards its lane. The SF90 doesn’t offer a lane departure warning system.

To help make backing out of a parking space safer, the Corvette’s optional Rear Cross Traffic Alert uses sensors in the rear to alert the driver to vehicles approaching from the side, helping the driver avoid collisions. The SF90 doesn’t offer a rear cross-path warning system.

Both the Corvette and the SF90 have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, front side-impact airbags, front seatbelt pretensioners, four-wheel antilock brakes, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, daytime running lights, rearview cameras and available blind spot warning systems.

Chevrolet’s powertrain warranty covers the Corvette 2 years longer than Ferrari covers the SF90. Any repair needed on the engine, transmission, axles, joints or driveshafts is fully covered for 5 years or 60,000 miles. Coverage on the SF90 ends after only 3 years.

The Corvette’s corrosion warranty is 3 years longer than the SF90’s (6 vs. 3 years).

There are over 64 times as many Chevrolet dealers as there are Ferrari dealers, which makes it much easier should you ever need service under the Corvette’s warranty.

J.D. Power and Associates rated the Corvette second among compact premium sporty cars in their 2025 Initial Quality Study. The SF90 isn’t in the top three in its category.

An engine control system that can shut down some of the engine’s cylinders helps improve the Corvette (except Z06/ZR1)’s fuel efficiency. The SF90 doesn’t offer a system that can shut down part of the engine.

The Corvette has a standard cap-less fueling system. The fuel filler is automatically opened when the fuel nozzle is inserted and automatically closed when it’s removed. This eliminates the need to unscrew and replace the cap and it reduces fuel evaporation, which causes pollution. The SF90 doesn’t offer a cap-less fueling system.

For better stopping power the Corvette ZR1 CCB’s front brake rotors are larger than those on the SF90:

For better traction, the Corvette Z06/E-Ray/ZR1’s tires are larger than the largest tires available on the SF90 (F:275/30R20 & R:345/25R21 vs. F:255/35R20 & R:315/30R20).

The Corvette Z06/E-Ray/ZR1’s 275/30R20 front and 345/25R21 rear tires provide better handling because they have a lower 30 series front and 25 series rear profile (height to width ratio) that provides a stiffer sidewall than the SF90’s 35 series front and 30 series rear tires.

For better ride, handling and brake cooling the Corvette Z06/E-Ray/ZR1 has standard 21-inch rear wheels. The SF90’s largest wheels are only 20-inches.

The Corvette has a standard easy tire fill system. When inflating the tires, the vehicle’s integrated tire pressure sensors keep track of the pressure as the tires fill and tell the driver when the tires are inflated to the proper pressure. The SF90 doesn’t offer vehicle monitored tire inflation.

Changing a flat tire near traffic can be dangerous and inconvenient. The run-flat tires standard on the Corvette can be driven up to 50 miles without any air pressure, allowing you to drive to a service station for a repair. The SF90 doesn’t offer run-flat tires.

For a smoother ride and more stable handling, the Corvette’s wheelbase is 2.9 inches longer than on the SF90 (107.2 inches vs. 104.3 inches).

The Corvette Z06 Z07 Coupe handles at 1.16 G’s, while the SF90 Assetto Fiorano Coupe pulls only 1.07 G’s of cornering force in a Motor Trend skidpad test.

The Corvette is 3.1 inches shorter than the SF90, making the Corvette easier to handle, maneuver and park in tight spaces.

The Corvette uses computer-generated active noise cancellation to help remove annoying noise and vibration from the passenger compartment, especially at low frequencies. The SF90 doesn’t offer active noise cancellation.

The Corvette Coupe has a much larger trunk than the SF90 Coupe (12.6 vs. 2.6 cubic feet).

The Corvette uses gas struts to support the hood for easier service access. The SF90 uses a prop rod to support its heavy hood. It takes two hands to open the hood and set the prop rod, the prop rod gets in the way during maintenance and service, and the prop rod could be knocked out, causing the heavy hood to fall on the person maintaining or servicing the car.

The Corvette has a standard remote vehicle starting system, so the vehicle can be started from inside the driver's house. This allows the driver to comfortably warm up the engine before going out to the vehicle. The climate system will also automatically heat or cool the interior. The SF90 doesn’t offer a remote starting system.

Unlike the driver-only memory seat in the SF90, the Corvette offers an optional driver and passenger memory, so that when drivers switch, the memory setting adjusts the driver’s seat, steering wheel position, suspension setting and outside mirror angle and the front passenger seat also adjusts to the new passenger’s preset preferences.

The Corvette’s front power windows open or close with one touch of the switches, making it more convenient at drive-up windows and toll booths, or when talking with someone outside of the car. The SF90’s front passenger window doesn’t close automatically.

The Corvette’s standard power window controls are mounted on the armrest for easy access. The SF90’s available power window controls are spread out on the center console where they can’t be seen without the driver completely removing his eyes from the road.

On a hot day the Corvette Convertible has a standard remote opening feature, to lower the top from outside. The SF90 doesn’t offer a remote top, so the driver will have to enter the car, turn the ignition on and lower the top.

The Corvette’s standard Keyless Open and Start allows you to unlock the doors from either outside door handle, open the trunk, and start the engine, all without removing the key from the pocket or purse. Push-button start standard on the SF90 only offers hands-free access for the ignition, none to unlock the car.

To shield the driver and front passenger’s vision over a larger portion of the windshield and side windows, the Corvette has standard extendable sun visors. The SF90 doesn’t offer extendable visors.

The Corvette offers optional heated front seats, which keep the driver and front passenger extremely comfortable in the winter. Heated seats aren’t available in the SF90.

Optional air-conditioned seats in the Corvette keep the driver and front passenger comfortable and take the sting out of hot seats in Summer. The SF90 doesn’t offer air-conditioned seats.

On extremely cold winter days, the Corvette’s optional heated steering wheel provides comfort, allowing the driver to steer safely and comfortably before the car heater warms up. The SF90 doesn’t offer a heated steering wheel.

The Corvette’s standard dual zone air conditioning allows the driver and front passenger to choose two completely different temperatures so people with different temperature preferences won’t have to compromise. This makes both the driver and front passenger as comfortable as possible. The SF90 doesn’t offer dual zone air conditioning.

To quickly and conveniently keep personal devices charged without cables tangling and wearing out, the Chevrolet Corvette has a standard wireless phone charging system (Qi) in the center console for up to two separate devices. The SF90 doesn’t offer wireless personal charging.

The Corvette is available in both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations. The SF90 doesn’t offer a two-wheel drive configuration.
